QUESTIONS
Below we would like to briefly answer the most frequently asked questions. Of course, the answers to these questions cannot and should not replace personal advice, but only serve as a general orientation.
1
How can I get in touch with you ?
You can reach us at any time via the contact form on this website. Of course, you also have the option of contacting us at the central phone number provided on this website. We will then get back to you within 24 hours. As a rule, we will make an initial and non-binding contact by telephone. If you have further interest in the services offered by us, you have either the option of a personal video call (e.g. via WhatsApp, Skype Zoom, etc.), with one of our financial experts to lead or alternatively to arrange a personal appointment. This appointment can either take place at your location or in your geographical vicinity or at one of our international representative offices. Until the time of a possible contract conclusion, our consultation is of course non-binding and free of charge for you.
2
Are you an Asset Manager or a Financial Coaching Institute
No specific investment volume is required for a cooperation with us, i.e. there are no "minimum entry amounts" predefined by us here. However, we would like to ask you to consider that professional and long-term asset management requires a certain investment volume in order to make economic sense for both contracting parties. At this point, however, no general statement can be made, so we recommend that you simply contact us without obligation.
3
How long do I have to commit to a contract ?
There are no contractual minimum terms or notice periods on our part. However, if you make certain investments (e.g., fixed-income investments) that are subject to certain maturities on the part of the respective issuers, in case of doubt a premature termination of these investments would be economically disadvantageous for you. Irrespective of this, professional asset management is basically a service that is designed for the medium to long term in order to be able to achieve a measurable performance at all. We ask you to take these aspects into account when making your decision.
4
What fees do I have to pay ?
An exceptional feature of working with us is our almost unique cost structure: as a client, you pay only one flat fee for the management of your assets by us - regardless of your managed investment volume, a change in your investment strategy or the frequency of transactions. This so-called "all-in-one fee" (flat fee) therefore includes all costs incurred in the context of asset management by us (e.g. analysis, advice, custody fees, third-party fees, transaction costs, etc.). This remuneration is due once a year and is always calculated on the same sight date. Further costs (e.g. hidden costs) are definitely not incurred by you as a client - of course without any "ifs and buts".
